• Habit & Fitness Data: Habits you create, daily check-ins, workout logs, diet logs, and streak records.
• Challenge Data: Challenges you create or join with friends, your progress and rankings within those challenges.
• Usage Data: App interactions used to improve performance and fix bugs (via Firebase Analytics).

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your FitCheck account
• To save and sync your habits, streaks, and fitness logs across devices
• To enable the Challenges with Friends feature and display leaderboards
• To show Hall of Fame badges and achievement rankings
• To improve app performance and fix issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

Third-Party Services

FitCheck uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Sign-In – for secure authentication
• Firebase (Google) – for cloud database (Firestore), authentication, and analytics

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Children's Privacy

FitCheck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
